1. Who we are

Hae is a task and project management application developed by Breizhzion. Contact: contact@breizhzion.com

2. Data we collect

When you create an account and use Hae, we collect:

• Email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Username (display name of your choice)
• Profile avatar (optional, uploaded by you)
• Project data: boards, columns, cards, checklists, labels
• Voice memos and file attachments you add to cards
• Notification preferences and application settings

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Hae service:

• Authenticating your account and securing your session
• Storing and synchronizing your projects and tasks
• Sending in-app notifications about cards you follow

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently and immediately erased from our systems.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Export your data upon request

7. Third-party services

Hae does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification infrastructure when enabled.

8. Children

Hae is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Hae after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
